Caring and investing in community is important to the Dominguez-Martin Group of Keller Williams Realty Southwest, and that’s why Melissa Dominguez recently spent some time getting her certification with Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada. The organization was built to build better neighborhoods, block by block. What could be more important in our Las Vegas Community?

Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada, Inc. (NHSSN) purpose is to provide affordable housing, home-ownership, education and neighborhood revitalization in targeted areas throughout Southern Nevada to low and moderate-income individuals and families within the North Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Henderson and all of Clark County.

In its first 15 years, NHSSN had leveraged and invested over Sixty-One Million ($61,000,000.00) in community reinvestment, home-ownership initiatives and has assisted thousands of individuals and families with their housing needs, including the achievement of the American dream, home-ownership. HNSSN continues assisting in the community in foreclosure counseling, and counseling that also includes free education and review of loan documents, while working with the lenders in order to save client(s) homes. NHSSN works with the City of North Las Vegas in bridging the gap for closing cost and down payment assistance  utilizing CNLV HOME Funds and assists clients in receiving funds under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
